I have read many reviews saying it was cringy and unpredictable. But I loved it. The acting and chemistry was extremely believable. I loved Elle's extremely akward character and her relationship with Lee and Noah Flynn. Sure, at sometimes it was predictable and a bit cringy but I feel like that's part of what made the film so lovable.
However I would have like to see her relationship with her family a bit more. I feel like that wasn't covered as well as other areas of the film because we had about 2 scenes with her dad, who's character I didn't really understand. But apart from that the film was an amazing awkward, romantic-comedy. Although, it did have a wonderful message at the end about individuality which I loved.

I knew there was going to be a kissing booth 3 when Joey (Elle) couldn't decide between the collages because it was a cliffhanger. Im stuck because: 1. Marco and Elle would be cute together 2. Noah and Elle are cute together 3. Im angry that Elle built a bond with Marco then ignored him 4. But Im also happy that she is with Noah because she based things off her accusations(earring she found) so she shut Noah out and kissed Marco and Noah managed to forgive her 5. In the end, Obviously Id like for Marco to find someone but not Elle be cause its obvious she has made her choice 6. He is too pretty to be chasing that girl cause Im here too but Chile anyways. 🤣.

Would you guys support Jacob's desicion to leave Kissing Booth. He have to be in kissing booth 3 or I'll def not gonna watch it. although I know inside that I dude I desperately wanna see him in 3rd part ❤️. I can't wait to know of what school did he choose gash! TKB3 is coming. Watch this first as well as captain marvel before seeing endgame. I could only get through half of the movie before I turned it off to spare myself. As a former teenage girl I can understand why parts of it would appeal to that demographic. But as a current adult who can identify abusive behavior and the sexualization of minors I cannot understand why the ideas shown in this movie are still being peddled to impressionable teenagers: romanticizing a guy who gets into fights, using one's underage body to get (male) attention, indulging and even rewarding manipulative behavior, agreeing to go out with someone who grabbed your butt in public without consent, caving to peer pressure when the popular girls tell you to drink. I thought we as a society were moving past all that.
This movie contains every high school stereotype and cliché, but not even in an ironic or clever way, just a truly unoriginal and vapid way. All of the characters are one-dimensional and although Elle (Joey King) is cute and likable, the copious amounts of token awkwardness is too overwhelming. Her attempts to stand up for herself are admirable but half-hearted; she always ends up going back to whoever gave her crap at the first sign of an apology or "good intention."
I would like to see more realness, as opposed to the "OMG" girls who are so fake it's actually sad. I wish the film had addressed the impact of Elle losing her mother more. Teenage girls don't move on like nothing's happened just because they have a best friend and some eye candy. I want to see less of a 16-year-old girl stripping in a locker room full of guys. The movie lacks any real emotional foundation that could make you overlook some of its flaws. For instance, Elle and Noah's relationship is basically only founded on physical attraction. That's it. One extra star for cinematography and scenery. Not feeling any more generous than that today.

Comment if u would rather have Noah as a boyfriend and like if u want Marco. This was an okay movie in my opinion. The cast on the other hand was top notch! There was a crazy amount of talent in this movie and i enjoyed seeing all these stars on the same screen! However is anyone else kind of bothered how Scott/Ant-Man was portrayed in this movie? He was treated like the dumb little 10 yr old that would keep asking why? after every line of dialogue that seemed to complicated for him to wrap his brain around. Then Pym and Wasp would put it in layman's terms for him to understand, then Scott would blurt out some dumb one-liner. (Bit of an exaggeration but i didn't know how else to get my point across. SPOILERS (Ant-Man & The Wasp. Avengers: Infinity War. I also felt this movie was primarily about Wasp and her debut as well as her quest to rescue her mom and patch things over with her dad, and Scott waltzed his way into a situation where hes not welcomed (at first. Definitely not the best story in the MCU in my opinion and I think this movie would have been better marketed as a standalone Wasp movie instead of being Ant-Man 2. The best part of the movie was the post credits scene, it was worth sitting for two hours just for that little Infinity War tie-in and the introduction to the quantum realm. I am a big Doctor Strange fan so i'm just baffled that Ant-Man now has 2 movies and Doc has only 1 with some lame cameo in Thor: Ragnarok. I'm glad he played a bigger role in Infinity War and the fight he has with the Thanos is ONE of the best fights IF NOT THE BEST fight in the entire MCU. I also feel like he is the most underutilized Avenger in the entire lineup, Ant-Man falls under that category too. Both have very unique abilities that make them really standout when next to Iron-Man or Black Panther. One has the access to the quantum realm and the other has access to literally everything in the multiverse. (As i was typing this post, an article talking about Doctor Strange 2 was released basically confirming it for a 2020 release) Talk about a strange coincidence. I'm not here to troll, just a comic book/movie nerd that likes to have civil discussions about works of fiction. Too bad she didn't end up with Marco, I ship them so hard I think her and marco are more a match I'm just saying sorrynotsorry. Hi You Tube. When are paid pre_orders able to be watched? Marco deserved so much better... he never pretended around her. he knew something was wrong just by looking at her. he wanted to help her. he gave her advice. marco sets expectations way too high. <3. Yall keep saying u want noah and elle to stay together but theres rlly no point of making another movie if shes gonna end up with the same person.

Netflix: the cast of the kissing booth 2 have a big surprise. Me: theres going to be a 3rd one isn't there. Jacob look so much happier here now hes like an old uncle. Noah is the only one first love story while Marco is the one at the end love story... I don't know... recently I moved on to Marco a lot more... Tough life... The Jacob and Joel kiss honestly gave me life lol. I ship. Can't wait so long for The Kissing Booth 3 🥰❤️. 2:31 that's me when she doesn't end up with Marco. I dont want to mean but I want Noah and Elle to break up so Marco and Elle to be together and IRL TOO TAYLOR ZAKHAR PEREZ AND JOEY KING I ship them so much.
